Brand Identity

01 Challenge

  • The e-sports landscape is fast-paced and intensely visual.

  • For Gameskii, the challenge was to create a detailed brand guideline that could scale seamlessly across a mobile app, a web dashboard, and physical marketing materials. The identity needed to reflect the speed of competition while maintaining the structural integrity required for a career-management platform.

02 Startegy

My approach was rooted in a strict mathematical foundation: the 2x Grid System. By basing every layout, icon, and illustration on multiples of two, I ensured absolute consistency and technical precision across all digital screens. This wasn't just an aesthetic choice—it was a performance choice to ensure readability and "snapping" accuracy for the UI/UX developers.

03 Solution

Architected a visual system that adapts to the intensity of the user’s journey:

Typography Hierarchy: I paired the high-impact, geometric Goldman for headlines with the clean, highly legible Source Sans Pro for body copy. This ensures that tournament stats are readable at a glance, while headlines carry the aggressive energy of the arena.

The "Mauritius Blue" Palette: The primary color strategy centers on Mauritius Blue (#293D78), a tone selected to represent stability and productivity. We utilized gradients to represent movement and modernity, ensuring the brand feels "alive" in a digital environment.

Modular Illustration & Iconography: I developed two tiers of illustration: Basic Shape for functional efficiency (onboarding and instructions) and Dynamic for emotional storytelling (celebrating wins and high scores). This allows the brand to speak clearly when the user is managing their team, but shout loudly when they win a tournament.
